Hydraulic Press Brake 8" Wide

I displayed images of my 8" Wide Hydraulic Press Brake forming 1/4" thick steel into a perfect 90-degree angle using an impressive 12-ton press. Forming this specific part requires the maximum force output from the 12-ton press, as any less would compromise its integrity. To achieve a precise 90-degree bend, I attached 1/8" extruded aluminum inserts to the edges of the steel, allowing it to spring back into place once bent. With patience and care, it's possible to obtain finished parts that are accurate within just one degree or less. After completing my Hydraulic Press Brake project, I sent both parts for carburization treatment, which successfully increased their hardness to a durable Rc 50-55 rating. This process not only enhances the components' resilience but also contributes significantly to their overall toughness and lifespan.
