This is an upgrade for the hydraulic support located at the back of the legs on a Games Workshop Stormsurge. DO NOT SECURE IT WITH GLUE, as it will move up and down, demonstrating that your hydraulic system is operational, which can be crucial for gameplay in Warhammer 40k scenarios. This is my initial version; I plan to build an improved model and share it on Shapeways.
