I created this piece using Substance Painter, incorporating pre-made hydrant and sidewalk models into the scene. My artistic vision was sparked by hand-painted fire hydrants featuring vibrant cartoon characters. A striking Pink Panther reference caught my eye, so I aimed to replicate its distinctive peeling paint texture and grime effects in a way that seemed authentic and engaging.
