Create a USB stick cap by modifying a Thingiverse design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17656). The model contains top and bottom halves with a hole for the USB stick innards and a slot to cover the plug. After printing, insert the USB stick into the top half and secure it using molten plastic or superglue. Ensure proper fitment by centering the stick. A 20% infill, 0.2mm layer height, and 0.8mm thick walls were used for printing with Cura. Be cautious when removing supports to avoid damaging the design. This functional cap complements a Thor model well.
