The HydraHimera V1 3D Printer. This is a Core XY printer that makes use of open-source 3D printed extrusions. I designed this myself with several goals in mind: - Fast start and upgrade ability. - No crossing belts, found in most Core XY printers. - Sharp corners for a cleaner end product. - Corners and plane cuts can be filed with 3D printed pieces to make a closed system. - The entire setup is easily modifiable and adaptable so others can use it for alternate bed sizes. - The smallest size can be put into an IKEA bookcase.
