Hydra X-Axis Linear Rail Adapter with "hidden" BL Touch

This mod attaches to the linear rail and allows you to put a BL Touch in front of the hotend. Offset is X=1 Y=19. You'll need an M5 12 bolt and nut for the lower connector and 2 xM5 20 + M5 nuts for the upper connection. I printed with 50% infill and Support from the bed. Make sure don't support bridges isn't selected. I'll be adding more info to this in a few days and expanding to Y Linear rails as well. --- V2 --- Change the BL Touch to be 3mm higher and embedded into the platform (although it's got a much thinner connection plate, the sides hold it steady). Moved the BL Touch up to allow for smaller stock and micro Swiss hotends (I had my heatbreak too far out of the heat sink originally). Made the whole design thinner to what I think is the smallest it can be! The additional bulk is now only around 1-2mm on Y. ------------- There's a loss of Y on the printer (until linear rails are put in) within Th3d configuration backend. I've set the following: #if ENABLED(ENDER5) #define X_BED_SIZE 232 #Due to Linear rails +12, this could be more but you don't want to go to the edge of the bed. #define Y_BED_SIZE 214 #Due to Hydra and Linear Rails -6 #define Z_MAX_POS 325 #Due to visible Z mod +25 You'll need the X end stop from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3646827/ I've included the file. ============================================================ On a mission to try and get my printer to be able to do 300x300x325! I've already done the viewable nozzle mod: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3890803 This got me thinking that now the X gantry was well above the front and back bars and was only being stopped going further over on the X axis by the wheels. I ordered some cheap Linear Rails and stuck them on the top of the X Axis. This is based on Hydra Tool Change https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4062242
