This water-cooled quad-extruder features four extruders, water-cooling for quick high-temperature heating, shaft collar secured nozzles for easy height adjustment, 120VAC heater cartridges, and high-efficiency cooling channels. It also includes standard or DIY nozzles, simple calibration/leveling, four-corner mounting holes, and a gasket sealant to prevent leaks. Disassembling for cleaning is easy, but additional tips are provided such as adding a plastic insert between the threaded stub and shaft collar set screw and using thermal grease between components to facilitate heat transfer. The BOM includes various aluminum and steel parts, heater cartridges, screws, shaft collars, hose barbs, push-to-connect fittings, nozzles, and a gasket. However, the thermistor is not included.
