Here's how you create DIY buttons and badges for your own custom officer costume, similar to what's worn by HYDRA agents: To begin, familiarize yourself with the software program SketchUp 2015. Start a new file in SketchUp 2015 and select "file," then click on "new." Once inside the interface, go ahead and add some shape to your page by choosing "polygon" from the tools menu. This will give you more precision over the items that end up getting designed. Draw your badge design by making a simple rectangle shape using SketchUp's built-in geometry tools. From there, apply whatever design details or textures come to mind. Remember that HYDRA agents use symbols with hexagonal backgrounds in most cases. After creating your design within the confines of SketchUp 2015, export it into an SVG file format. To achieve this simply select "file," then click on "export." In the resulting dialogue window, make sure to change the default image file type over to the ".SVG" option located right underneath. Save the newly-created .SVG badge designs and then bring them into your favorite 3D modeling or graphics application like C4D for a bit more realism. Add whatever layers you need with either a background color for an added pop of contrast, then arrange any remaining badge components such as pins on top accordingly so they overlap one another if desired. Next off head over towards Tinkercad which allows for basic parts manufacturing that doesn't require 3D printing access – this could take place without actually stepping into it but using a software service which gives the same capabilities nonetheless still works very much effectively. If at all times while trying different options your goal was merely just simply test how effective each process would have performed so don’t get discouraged regardless even if you hit certain setbacks;
