I replaced the damaged pump face on a 1500 Hydor koralia evo with a brand new one that I had 3D printed as it broke off due to use of a wavemaker. Instructions You have to remove the remaining tabs from the old pump face and make them smooth. Then drill some tiny holes into the pump housing so you can either use zip ties or spectra fishing line to securely fasten the printed replacement part to the pump housing. Utilize the rubber stopper from the damaged part that is now located in a small sleeve, which prevents the impeller from spinning backwards.
