Hybrid Voronoi Christmas tree decoration

This is a compact Christmas tree decoration that resembles a standalone tree or a hanging ornament, perfect for displaying on your own tree with a string. Initially designed to be sold at my daughter's school Christmas market to raise funds for her class. You can print this model in any color and material you prefer, but I opted for clear ABS for the star, green ABS for the foliage, and red ABS for the base. To complete the model as depicted here, you will also need some 3mm carbon fiber rod, which is readily available on eBay. The optimal lengths of rod I found to be effective were 15mm and 30mm. I've created a specialized jig to facilitate cutting that can be accessed here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2680643. I've included STLs for the shafts, but I strongly advise that they may snap during assembly due to their fragile nature. The tree should assemble without glue and provides a snug fit. However, it might be prudent to add a small amount of glue if hanging it on a tree to ensure everything stays together. You can scale up the STLs by 133% to produce a larger model that utilizes 4mm rod, resulting in a more robust tree but nearly tripling the print time. Some barbecue skewer sticks with a diameter of 3mm may serve as suitable alternatives for the shafts if cut to the correct length.
