Hybrid Spinner

The Whirligig Wonder is the hottest toy around right now and there are many files on Thingiverse for them. I tried several and was underwhelmed with the results. I dislike wasting three bearings so I don't like the classic design. The thing I remixed this from was good, but it was a bit flimsy around the bearing and was prone to cracking. I also didn't like the nuts protruding beyond the edges. This is a remix/redesign of several tri-spinners that work exceptionally well! I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. You will need: 1-608 Bearing (since you won't be wasting money on four and can afford one ceramic one) 3- 1/2" SAE nut I recommend printing this in ABS or PETG. These get dropped a lot and break when they hit the floor if printed in PLA. I also suggest annealing your parts after printing them as this adds significant strength. https://rigid.ink/blogs/news/how-to-anneal-your-3d-prints-for-strength If you don't print in ABS because you're afraid of the fumes, ignore the blogs - the fumes aren't very bad, I print in ABS all day long in a closed office and hardly notice them at all. Enjoy this thing and happy printing! If you would like one of these and don't want to hassle with printing it, visit my shop: https://www.etsy.com/listing/517021580/nutty-fidget-spinners?ref=shop_home_active_1 Update: For those who want a large button on either side, I added that file as well.
