Create aluminum extrusion slides of any dimension with ease using printed surfaces and RC bearings for minimal friction. These slides are simple to print and assemble, making them perfect for use with your carriage. Tested successfully on a Pocket Printer, adjust the dimensions of printed slide surfaces to achieve desired fit. The 0.2 mm gap between bearings aligns with extrusion width, while the slide flexes slightly to preload bearings. Customize as per preference; refer to PDF for critical measurements and instructions. Assemble with 623ZZ bearings (3 x 10 x 4), available at an affordable price, and M3 x 20 screws along with 3 mm washers.
