This is the extruder I designed specifically as a replacement for the Wade geared extruder of the Prusa i3 (mk1/mk2). It's easily printable, with only two parts requiring printing in ABS - the rest can be printed with PLA/PETG. One 8x12x3.5 bearing takes the place of the large ones. Minimal force is applied to steel rods due to motor placement. The model is divided into separate parts that can be printed without support.
