HY-SRF05 Ultrasonic Range Finder Mounting Bracket

This bracket is essentially identical to the HC-SR04 Ultrasonic Rangefinder Mounting Bracket by Matter153. I have made some minor modifications to accommodate the 5-pin design of the HY-SRF05 sensor, which differs from the four pins of the HC-SR04 sensor. The original design work was done by Matter153; my contribution is relatively insignificant. If you would like to show your appreciation, please send a tip directly to Matter153. Print Settings: Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: .200mm Infill: 20% Cubic Notes: The printer used is a Prusa i3 MK2. This bracket can be printed as is in PLA or PETG, but if printing in ABS, it's recommended to scale up slightly (101%) due to shrinkage. I prefer printing with PETG because it's more flexible and makes it easier to insert the sensors into the brackets. Post-Printing: Mount with #6-32 screws. Matter153 suggests placing a piece of foam paper plate behind the sensor for improved vibration dampening when used in robotics applications; while I haven't tried this, it seems like sound advice worth passing along.
