UPDATE 05.02.19: Thank you everyone for your continued support and interest in my innovative designs. I have since shifted my focus to new projects, effectively bringing this Thing to a close. Please note that I will no longer be updating this design, replying to comments or answering messages on Thingiverse. I appreciate the numerous comments, impressive builds, downloads, and collections, wishing all of you talented makers a happy 2019! Zack. UPDATE 22.07.17: My latest drone creation is now live! Check out the HXLMESFlight HF210 here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2443581 UPDATE 08.04.17: I'm thrilled to finally share some high-quality pictures of the fully assembled drone, including detailed shots of the intricate wiring and component placement. The frame has been weighed, both with and without the battery (see below). Additionally, I've uploaded a new .stl file for a lower front plate designed to securely hold an FPV camera using a standard Foxeer/Run Cam mounting bracket. I'd like to extend a massive thank you to ElCorbo for building this and sharing his progress with me - it truly means the world! UPDATE 30.03.17: It's been some time since my last update, and I'm excited to see how many views and downloads of this Thing there have been! As per ElCorbo's request, today I've added some photos (soon to be replaced with high-quality ones) showing the assembly method, which will give you a better understanding of the process. I've also attached a video showcasing the frame assembly. Non-Commercial: You do not have permission to print and sell this frame, either as a whole or as individual components. You do have permission to print and test this frame for your own use. Post-Printing Assembly: Refer to images for assembly method, see attached video showing frame assembly. What's next? Using what I've learned from this project, I am soon going to embark upon a new design which builds on the features of this first one. It will be a 210 size frame, and will include a completely enclosed canopy. I'm also going to move the ESCs inside the frame. This will result in a much cleaner design, simpler wiring and provide further protection for the electronics.
