HWK-290 Holder (X-Wing Miniatures) for Stanley organizer

Thanks to rbross for providing the hwk-blank, which made creating this bin a 5-minute job without taking any measurements on my own. You may want to look at his Harbor Freight X-Wing Collection if you're using the Harbor Freight instead of the Stanley organizer. I use the Stanley 25-Compartment Organizers for my X-Wing Miniatures collection, and this is part of my bin set. I do own all but the Scum ships, so there will be bins for them at some point. My design goals are to Maximize Space, Attractive Presentation, and Include the movement dials. So, here is my design for the HWK-290.
