As detective Sebastian Castellanos walked through the dark and deserted streets of Krimson City, a sense of unease settled over him like a shroud. His radio crackled to life, breaking the silence with an urgent message from dispatch. "Castellanos, we have a situation at Beacon Mental Hospital," the voice on the other end of the line said, its tone laced with panic. "Reports are coming in that patients are escaping, and one doctor is missing." Sebastian's gut told him something was off, but he pushed the feeling aside and set off towards the hospital, his flashlight casting eerie shadows on the walls as he moved. The streets seemed to grow darker with every step, the only sound being the distant hum of sirens. Upon arriving at Beacon, Sebastian found chaos erupting outside its crumbling facade. Patients were running wild, some screaming, others catatonic. A police officer stood frozen in terror, her eyes fixed on something inside the hospital. "Ma'am," Sebastian called out, rushing towards her. "What's going on here?" The officer turned to him, her face ashen. "It's...it's Dr. Helena Anders," she stammered. "She was performing some kind of experiment, and then...and then everything went wrong." Sebastian's eyes narrowed. He knew a thing or two about the darker side of human nature, and he had a feeling that this was just the tip of the iceberg. As he stepped inside Beacon, a chill ran down his spine. The air inside was thick with an otherworldly energy, and Sebastian could feel it pulsing through every cell in his body. He knew that he was walking into something sinister, but he was determined to see it through. Little did he know, the horrors that awaited him would change everything he thought he knew about himself, about reality, and about the true nature of evil.
