HW-557 temperature controller housing
thingiverse
This is a housing for an affordable and cheerful thermostat named HW-557. I designed this housing using this dummy board: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2483210. As seen in the pictures, the buttons appear to be offset, so this design is still a work in progress as I might update it to correct this issue. Please note that the holes for the bolts are closed, allowing you to choose how the housing will be mounted or assembled. Drill them to your liking. All cables are intended to pass through a cutout at the back of the housing, including the temperature sensor leads. EDIT: The new print looks better, but the switches are still offset. This can be mitigated by re-drilling the holes on the electronics and on the printed housing - see picture. EDIT2: Version B features a flange for better centering of the two prints. The top print is also scaled to 101% for easy assembly. The holes were moved 0.5 mm down and to the right, and increased in diameter. EDIT3: Version C is identical to version B except for the two marked buttons. I decided to have some fun with it, but it was not really necessary.
