Huxy Pi
thingiverse
This 3D printing server case features a Raspberry Pi Model B+ running Weezy, a USB WiFi dongle, an integrated four-port USB hub, power connector and switch, cooling fan, and OctoPrint web host server. It can connect up to four 3D printers or three printers plus a webcam via the case's four USB service ports. The case itself consists of three parts - base, mid, and top - which require a pair of spacers, a few screws, and double-sided adhesive tape for assembly. Customization may be necessary based on specific USB hub or power connector used. To print the case, print the main parts separately or combine them if your printer bed is large enough. Assembling involves using M3x35 bolts to secure the top to the base and fixing a 40x40x10 cooling fan with shorter screws. Wiring includes connecting the WiFi dongle, powering components via the switch, and soldering Raspberry Pi power wires on specific pads. An external power adapter is required, as it's not recommended to embed mains inside the case. More pictures and updates will be posted elsewhere.
