Buildvolume 150x150x200; laser cuttable on a 400x300mm laser cutter **Backstory:** I've spent years updating my printer, constantly pushing the limits of what's possible. It all started in 2011 with an eMaker Huxley kit from reprap. I quickly made updates to the stepper drivers and Atmega 2560. In 2013, I upgraded the heatbed and X-axis. Two years later, I switched to a lasercut wood case inspired by the Ultimaker design. The following year, I replaced the original motors and extruder with NEMA 17s and an E3D Lite, along with a self-printed extruder. In 2018, I continued refining my model, making iterative updates. By 2019, I was finally ready to release these files. Like the ship of Theseus, my eMaker Huxley has undergone a transformation over time. Piece by piece, it's changed from its original form into a completely new design. As of 2019, only three components remain from the initial printer: the smooth rods, power supply, and Sanguinololu board. **The Files are Provided as Is!** You'll find the STLs here, representing my most recent iterations. However, please verify the assembly using the SketchUp file. Unfortunately, I haven't exported the laser cut files yet due to inconsistencies in my previous work. You can refer to this tutorial on how to use the plugin for exporting laser cut files: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:845. **Plugins Used:** * STL import/export * FlightOfIdeas SVG plugin (https://github.com/JoakimSoderberg/sketchup-svg-outline-plugin) **Specialized Parts Used:** * Bronze bushings with 6mm ID and 9mm OD for X/Y assembly * 8x12x30mm bronze bushing for Z-Rods * Ultimaker-style knurled drive gear for the extruder * Metric M3 hardware (nuts/bolts) - some parts require tapping.
