This is a basic spool holder I created for my RepRap Huxley. It lets you place a spool of filament right on top of the Z axis motor for a compact solution. Print Settings Printer: RepRap Huxley Rafts: No Need to Worry About This Setting Supports: Definitely Use Them Resolution: 0.2mm is Perfect Infill: 25% Fills the Bill Notes: The fit could be tighter, it would work better on the NEMA stepper. My Huxley comes with a 0.3mm nozzle. I printed with a brim in Cura to help with bed adhesion. I set Brim Line amount to 5 and also used line support for all parts touching the buildplate. Support: Lines Overhang angle support: 60 Degrees is Ideal Fill %: 10% Works Great Distance x/y: mm is Perfect Distance Z: 0.25mm is Spot On These settings are specific to my printer, your results may vary.
