Use indieflow's design for grip and follow the instructions with a photo. Ensure you have a 12cm cooling fan with straight screw holes. For a 19V reprappro huxley/melzi setup, run it through a 12V regulator (like L78S12) connected to the Melzi's fan socket for automated control during printing using slic3r or skeinforge settings. Tools are necessary if you're working with regulators. A word of advice: attach a large heatsink on the voltage regulator to maintain fan speed and enhance appearance (if possible).
