This 38mm deep fan mount, based on drdpj's original 12cm version, is designed for more powerful fans. A single large fan can produce a massive airflow; I use a 225DS-1LP13 by Etri. Update: Version 2 (fan_mount_38_2.stl) features longer nibs to grip holes better. An optional XL version (fan_mount_40_2_XL.stl) accommodates fan guards or shrouds, extending the mount by 3mm. To install, print and attach with top clips, then regulate voltage if needed, route wires, and complete setup. If your printer runs on higher voltages like 19V, regulate down to 12V using NJM7812FA regulators; add a 35V 100uF cap for PWM sound muffling.
