I have a budget-friendly Chinese hot tub, but it's got a problem - the drain level is too low. When four people get in, water starts draining out, and when one or two people sit in next time, the tub is too shallow. It also wastes extra water and heating to replace what was lost. To solve this issue, I designed a new drain that raises the water level by about 1 inch. I thought I'd share this solution with others who might be facing the same problem. The drain cap it clips onto has a diameter of 81.252mm, so I made mine 1mm larger to account for shrinkage since it's printed in ABS. Here are my print settings: * Printer: CTC Bizer II * Rafts: No * Supports: No * Resolution: 0.4 * Infill: 100% I used Cubify Invent to design this new drain, and I'm hoping it will help others with the same issue.
