Husqvarna 525884201 Wheel Gear Adjuster for Chainsaws 235 E 240 E (2001-2008) I eagerly anticipated the arrival of a wheel gear adjuster, but since I couldn't wait any longer, I decided to create one myself and was pleasantly surprised when it worked. Lacking expertise in modeling gears, I opted to use Gear 10 to 50 designed by Mojialien, available on Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2802333), as well as Ender 3 / CR-10 Extruder knob created by Palodion (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3115901). I scaled, cut, and combined these designs to produce the wheel gear adjuster. In an effort to make it possible to slide the knob to the other side when one side wears out, I attempted to design it with a sliding mechanism; however, achieving the correct tolerance proved challenging during the printing process. Consequently, I decided that simply reprinting the entire part would be the most practical solution. If you're interested in trying to make it slide, you can utilize Meshmixer to separate shells and attempt to achieve this functionality. Please note that my computer is an older model, which makes performing booleans a time-consuming process. To ensure optimal results, I recommend printing with 100% infill and orienting the gear side up while using supports on the bottom of the print bed.
