Husqvarna Automower G1 Frame replacement

Automower upgrade/repair. As I recently experienced a broken frame on one of our trusted Automower G1's and as shown in the pics, it was replaced with a homegrown frame. The original fram has an S-bend between main chassis an mower motor, so when replacing it with a 3D printed part it was possible to make housing for oldfacioned 12V/3,2Ah lead acid battery which is way cheaper than originals, and only using straight aluminium tubes, but any 12mm tube will do, The dissassembly is quite easy, but frame is riveted so a 3mm drillbit will do the job. Notice the rivets inside main chassis holds clips which holds mainboard, so remove that first. Notice new motor mount is only fastened by zipties to avoid extra holes in frame and easy replacement if needed. Original thumpscrews fit the motormount. Also made a mount rail between tubes and main chassis to strenghten them. Mower is now assembled and runs fine with new frame, hopefully for another 10-20 year, and replacing battery is easier as it probably wont last that long.
