Blade holder for Husqvarna automower G1. This part can be a challenge to locate, and I found prices starting at around $100 per unit. I recently mounted the blades on my BB-1 from 2000 and they fit perfectly. To ensure proper adhesion, print with multiple skirt layers and maintain a clean bed surface. Supports from the build plate are recommended. A 100% infill setting is also advised. When printing, choose a color that blends in with your lawn to avoid losing the blades. Mount the blades using an M4x10 bolt paired with a lock nut (either new original or the last part of the 18mm model knife blade). Tighten the screw fully and then back off slightly to allow the blade to rotate freely. Please note that version V1 may require a longer bolt, approximately 12mm, to reach the lock mechanism in the nut. To perfect this design, I encourage you to test it and share any necessary adjustments.
