TEST IN PROGESS with my automower =============================== * March 1st 2021, hours meter=6050h, started with PETG printed gears * May 15th, 2021, hour meter=6142h, after 92h, the PETG printed gears worn out * May 16th, 2021, hour meter=6142, started with Nylon prints * Jully 25th, 2021, hour meter=6517 nylon gears delamination & motor blocked, theylast 375 hours Scope ===== Replacement gear for LINIX wheel motor used in Husqvarna AC220 (maybe other) automower. This motor is very expensive; +180Eur Most problems with this motor are caused by those gears and can/should be fixed for a few cents if we have the required gears. Print ==== You need to print 3 of those. One at a time give me the best quality (since the extruder is not jumping to the other pieces). * Material; PETG (last 92h in my test), *Nylon (test ongoing)* * Setting; finest settings & reduced speed * Infill; 100% * Scale: CURA X:1??%, Y:1??%, Z:1??% (due to this small parts, I had to print different test and scale to find the exact fit) To adjust the inner shaft; I used a 3mm drill and moved the gear on it to make it a bit looser. I also used a heat gun and knife to clean and adjust the gear.
