Husqvarna Automower 430/450 Wheel

This is an all terrain wheel for the 430 or 450 series Automowers. I was having a lot of problems with the wheels slipping. The rough terrain kit tore up sections of my grass and also made the mower think it had tipped at times. I have been running a wheel with this tread for almost a year now with no problems other than it kept coming loose from the motor. I solved that with two screws that go into the holes in the motor base. There are 3 versions of the wheel. One is an all in one piece (Automower Wheel 1 Piece). One is the inner hub and then the outer tread so that if one wears out, you don't have to reprint everything. The third is a quarter wheel so that you don't need an Ender 5 Plus or the like to print the wheel. You can print it on a 150mm x 150mm bed or larger. I used 5 solid layers on the hub and 50% infill to make it strong and 4 solid layers and 30% infill on the wheel to help keep it lighter weight. Use M3x10x5mm heat set insert nuts for the two holes next to the main drive motor shaft. Then put an m3x14 or 16 screw with Loctite in so that it sticks out a few millimeters. If using any of the options where you have to attach the outer wheel to the hub, you can either use m3 heat set inserts (6mm or shorter) in the hub and then a m3x14mm screw and washer or a m3x18mm screw with washers and nut in each hole. You definitely need washers that are 8-12mm to spread out the pressure. Note the washers in the photo are 15mm as that is all I had at the time.
