The drawer slides in my Husky workbench failed because a bearing carrier crumbled. This is a replacement for the carrier.. To install you need remove the drawer and drill out the rivets that hold the broken slider to the cabinet. Collect all 5 bearings and insert them into the new carrier They should click in place but still roll freely. The originals are greased. To reinstall you need to remove the plastic back stop and flatten the 6 metal tabs.(see photo)Once the bearings are reinstalled (from the rear) bend the tabs back and then clip the plastic back stop back in place. Finally re-rivet the slide back into the cabinet. Note that the slides are still available from Husky for around $20 each and are still reinstalled using rivets. I fixed the original slide and keep it as a spare. There is an alternative version for a different style of slide here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5795484. The reinstall method shown in the included video is similar for this slide but has more tabs to bend about.
