Husky Utility Knife handles
myminifactory
These are 3D printed outer handle covers for an inexpensive utility knife. Please note that this knife has a solid inner handle, and these go over it. These are not meant to replace the structural handle as the plastic would likely give out and cause injury. Use common sense when using items like these. There is a back side where the belt clip is located, and a front side with designs by 3 Fun in the Kuntry Basement, along with a blank that can be used as is or imported into a 3D editor for customization. The knife this item was designed for is the Husky model #99733. Use caution when working on it, and remove the blade before starting. You will need to drill out and remove three rivets, as well as use two T-10 star bits on each side to remove the main pivot bolt. This design replaces the three rivets with M2 screws and nuts. When disassembling, be careful of the flat spring, lever, and washers on the sides of the main pivot, paying attention to their orientation. Pre-installing M2 nuts makes assembly easier.
