If you appreciate my designs, please consider using the "tip designer" button and helping support my continued effort to create new, useful, and interesting things. These 3D Printed "OUTER" handle covers are designed for an affordable utility knife with a solid inner handle that these go OVER. Note - This knife has an actual sturdy inner handle, and these coverings are not meant to replace it as the plastic would likely fail and potentially cause injury. Use common sense when working with items like these. A video demonstrating how to install these covers can be found here: https://youtu.be/uGXgr_O7Smc There is a back (where the belt clip is) and a front, with designs available from 3 Fun in the Kuntry Basement as well as a blank that you can use as is or import into a 3D editor to add your own logo. This design is intended for a Husky utility knife, model # 99733. Use caution when working on this knife and remove the blade before starting. You will need to drill out and remove three rivets and use two T-10 star bits, one on each side, to remove the main pivot bolt. The item is designed to replace the three rivets with M2 screws and nuts. When disassembling the knife, be sure to pay attention to the orientation of the flat spring, lever, and washers on the sides of the main pivot. Pre-installing the M2 nuts makes assembly easier.
