This is a remix of Ben Wittbrodt's outstanding scan of the husky statue at Michigan Technological University, available here: http://www.123dapp.com/catch/Husky-Statue/3021858 I refined the model in Meshmixer and made it watertight for 3D printing. The model shown was printed with Sainsmart Woodfill PLA at a layer height of 0.15mm. I applied Old English Scratch Cover furniture oil to it, which darkened its appearance and gave it a more wood-like finish.
