EDIT: some of the outer edge portions were not clearing the lid “lip” at coarse layer heights, so I redesigned them to be slimmer allowing the lid to seal better. These have SNUG at the end of the filename.

So I originally had the HDX double sided version made by @tex here https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/52091-hdx-organizer-small-parts-divider-tray-inserts

But Home Depot seems like they either discontinued it or the supply shortages have hit them hard. So I had to go grab the Husky brand ones from here https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-34-Compartment-Plastic-Double-Sided-Small-Parts-Organizer-THD2020-001/315003284

This means I had to go and design custom inserts for this brand. Using inspiration from @tex, to make the space more usable and labelable.

This has the ability to add labels to the lips, I used Avery 5422 printable labels.

There are a few varieties in here, unfortunately the upper and lower left and right side inserts dont have the same dimensions, so those are unique. There are “middle” inserts that are full depth, half depth for stacking, and half depth split in 2 and 4.

I have also included the Fusion360 file if you want to remix something or customize it more.

For printing:

I used 0.4 layer height with 0.6 nozzle for fast printing, they fit fine.

The lower left and right need a small bit of support underneath the cutout in the bottom to bridge well, these cutouts are due to the injection molding jutting out in the case itself.

No supports for the “lip” portions, those bridge just fine.
