To create a unique lightsaber, I fabricated a custom flange that fits snugly within the hilt. This piece accommodates the activation switch, featuring a precisely-drilled hole and a recess for the switch. Instead of modifying an existing flange, I opted to print it specifically for this purpose, ensuring seamless integration.
