Hunter devils, also called orthons, are large and physically powerful devils that most often serve as bounty hunters and soldiers in the infernal armies, as well as shock troops in raids against demons and bodyguards to infernal nobility. Their most distinguishing characteristic are two large tusks growing from the sides of their mouths and metal plates imbedded into their bodies, that provide them protection and cause pain at the same time.
