Hunky wallet
thingiverse
I've tried a few of the 3d printed wallets on here, but none of them have been strong enough to hold up to my occupation as a carpenter so i designed this beefy wallet. This is the first project I have designed and made, so let me know if you have any issues or suggestions. The intention is to eventually print this out of nylon, however I have only tested it in ABS so far. The clasp should be printed in TPU The body should be printed in 0.2mm layer height or less, anymore than that will make it slightly harder to pull your cards out. The tolerances are somewhat tight so make sure you're printer is decently accurate. You will need: 7 counter-sunk m3x12mm screws 7 4x3 threaded heat inserts Optional: 2 6x3 neodymium magnets (for magnetic clasp) ***USE THE MAGNETIC VERSION AT YOU'RE OWN RISK! over time they may damage the strips on your credit cards and render them useless. If you do use the magnetic clasp make sure the strip is facing away from the magnet.
