Humvee Vehicle (PRINT-IN-PLACE)
thingiverse
This Humvee started as a test in SolidWorks to learn how to make PIP (Print-in-Place) models. I used a photo reference to keep proportions as close to the real version of the vehicle. It has rolling wheels for added functionality. Perfect to print on small printers and should take less than 35 minutes. Make sure you print the model on its side. The third image shows the best placement in order to get the best looking finish on the windows. No assembly is required after printing. NOTE: 100% and 150% scaled models in the pictures. UPDATE: Removed the tire on the back of the humvee and fixed the door placement/size to avoid the use of supports. --------------------- This is a repost from Printables https://www.printables.com/model/516258-humvee-vehicle-print-in-place
