The Humvee Ambulance (scale 1/48), also known as the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV), is a four-wheel drive military light truck produced by AM General. It has largely replaced vehicles like the original jeep, the Vietnam War-era M151 jeep, and others in various roles. Primarily used by the United States military, it is also utilized by numerous other countries, organizations, and even in civilian adaptations. The Humvee's performance during the Gulf War of 1991 inspired civilian versions called Hummer, while the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) was chosen as its successor. A 3D printing model is available at a scale of 1/48, created using SolidWorks for parts modeling and assembly. The model includes STL files for 3D printing and exported Parasolid XT, STEP, or IGES files for opening the CAD model in other software. Users can also scale up or down the original CAD model to print at different scales.
