Designed for the Hummingboard i2eX but should also work well on other Hummingboards. The HDMI, power, mSata, mPCIe, camera, both audios, USB, Ethernet, and GPIO pins are accessible. The SD card, reset button, IR, and ISP are hidden from view. Everything except the SD card can be exposed by removing the top layer. The SD card will require a small adjustment to the second layer. Both CorelDraw x7 and svg files have been uploaded for reference. If you encounter any difficulties or have ideas for improvement, please let me know. Instructions: This assembly requires laser cutting 3mm acrylic into place. Four M3 x 25mm bolts and M3 nuts are needed to complete the job. Assembly order is suggested in the gallery images. Important Notes: Handle with care when installing the first layer that covers the USB but lies underneath the audio connection. Angling it vertically eliminates the need for force, preventing breakage. Fragility can be a problem here. The bits on either side of the HDMI, held in place by one screw, are best installed last. Bolts work well to secure these pieces and friction usually keeps them from shifting out of position. This area may benefit from design enhancements.
