I found a problem with the top hovering more than closing, so I redesigned both parts to get around this. I removed 1.5 mm height from the center stack in the bottom part to help to merge the two pieces together. as for the top piece, I shaved it so that printing upside down without supports now works well. I printed both parts upside down, with supports on only for the bottom. The bottle was from an old hummingbird feeder that I had - years of Texas sun baked that bottom part - so time to make a new one. The bottle's thread pattern (after days of printing test threads) is 1 3/16"-8. If anyone wants the original Fusion 360 files, let me know in the comments - I'll post them. If anyone wants a different thread pattern in this - let me know in the comments. IF I STILL HAVE FUSION 360, I will change if for you.
