Hummingbird Feeder Moat - V2

Got a new printer, so time to redesign the humming bird feeder moat. It is now 100% 3D printed. I also found that petroleum jelly is an excellent filler for the bowl. Works even better than mineral oil. Print the moat cover right side up on the print bed. Print the bowl upside down. There are two "stem 2" files. The difference is "stem 2 - 90" is perpendicular to "stem 1". You'll need the 90 degree stem if you're using shepherd hooks and using a rod to hang your feeders. Print with supports for the best results. Supports are absolutely necessary for "stem 2 - 90". When assembling, refer to the photos. You'll slide the bowl on one stem. Slide the lid and spacer on the other stem. Put approximately 1/4 inch of petroleum jelly in the bowl then insert the projection of stem 1 into the slot of stem 2 (or stem 2 - 90). Slide the spacer over the stem joint and then slide the cover onto the top of the spacer. This will completely hide the joint and reinforce the strength of the stem. You can use the moat for individual feeders or suspend a rod between several moats and hang your feeders from the rod.
