I designed this grate for my dad's humidor, which measures 14 inches by 8.25 inches. I've been working with a tolerance of .020in (.5mm) for parts that fit together accurately and comfortably. To make it print on my bed, I split the design into two equal pieces. I undersized both dimensions by .040in (1mm), giving me .020in (.5mm) clearance all around. This grate fits perfectly, and my dad is thrilled. The FreeCAD source file is included, making this a simple model to customize.
