Humidifier Base v2
thingiverse
This is a base to convert the Radiant Blossom Lamp into a humidifier. Printed at 0.2mm with 30% infill, you will need a few additional items to complete this project: an Ultrasonic Mist Maker and a 24V Adapter. The link for the Ultrasonic Mist Maker is: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/2015-newest-Ultrasonic-Mist-Maker-Fogger-Water-Fountain-Pond-Atomizer-Air-HumidifierFree-Shipping/32443209120.html And here is a link for the 24V Adapter: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/C18-2015-Newest-2015-Hot-EU-Plug-AC-110V-220V-Converter-DC-24V-1A-Server-Power/32461962522.html I've made a modification to this base, adding a square top. In the original design, holes at the joint allowed water to escape when it was placed inside. This item was created using Tinkercad, a free online CAD software. If you want to make your own modifications, you can do so here: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/a7mL7lHbQ0D Printer Settings: Printer Used: Cobblebot 1B (modified) Print Settings: Rafts Needed?: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill Percentage: 30% Notes: To print this successfully, use a brim with 5mm clearance. Post-Printing Instructions: Locate the ultrasonic mist maker at the base and secure it firmly (you may need to remove one of the top support pieces). Next, remove any loose ends from the cable exiting the back. Take a small plug from the provided rubber accessories, cut it off and insert the wire through this gap. Finally, install your radiant blossom lamp on top and link the 24V Adapter. For better humidity distribution and scent, simply add some water mixed with drops of your preferred essential oil (optional).
