Humbucker Baseplate PAF Spacing 49mm

Humbucker Baseplate PAF Spacing 49mm

I've included three model STL files for the following heights: Flat, 0.25" legs, and 0.55" legs, which is typical of standard metal baseplates. I've also added a Rhino file so you can modify the height or change the hole distances to create a trembucker baseplate if needed. If time allows or people request it, I might add more versions myself, but my main focus was on PAF spaced models. As shown in the picture, the model comes with a spacer usually made of wood or plastic. My suggestion is to print this model using ProtoPasta's electrically conductive PLA and connect it to your guitar with a braided cable to create a shielded baseplate like metal ones. The tabs have threaded inserts for standard 3-48 pickup height screws. I'm still searching for heat or expansion fit inserts in plastic, but I've found some alternatives at Huyett. Print Settings: Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: Mini Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: .25 Infill: 30% Notes: Rafts and supports are only needed for non-flat versions.
