Humanitarian mouse trap for PET bottle inspired by EL GATO design excels with 1.5L bottles. The cap is designed to be replaceable as mice aggressively chew on them attempting to escape; it should be printed solidly to withstand their relentless efforts, otherwise they easily tear it apart. The main part and the ball can be printed with a moderate infill of 10-20% to achieve optimal results. A split ball design is included, divided into two halves that are easy to glue together, making it simpler to print perfectly round without overhangs or supports. For those who wish to make adjustments, the OpenSCAD source code is provided, along with dependencies listed in comments.
