Human Touch HT-1650 Massage Chair Lower Limit Switch Mount
thingiverse
For those who own these pricey chairs and discover the manufacturer won't provide replacement parts, the sting will be felt for a long time. I've had to take matters into my own hands, making my own replacement parts, and this one might just save someone a ton of hassle someday. If you're lucky, only the mount itself failed. But if the limit switch was also destroyed, the part number is SS-01GL13 (no E or F) with a simulated roller lever. I've put in many hours of revisions and testing to ensure the limit switch fits snugly into the housing and exactly matches the internal posts. So, be prepared to tap the switch into place to get it seated right. If it's too tight or loose, you might need to scale it slightly. I've included a photo of the original broken piece alongside my new printed replacement. It's as close to an exact duplicate as possible in the critical areas. So far, I've put in countless hours of use on the chair and it works like a charm. Unfortunately, it won't allow me to select the correct printer, but I managed to get it done with a DaVinci Mini W. The part was designed using Fusion 360.
