Human Skeleton

Human Skeleton

cults3d

This is a skeleton I discovered on GrabCAD by Marco Valenzuela - freely available for personal use, perfect for printing. I modified it so you can print and assemble the parts together, just like I did. The limbs are designed to be printed upright, while the thorax should lean against its back (the posterior section) or front (anterior section), and I attached the head to the occipital bone. I always opt for raft support for all my prints, except for the limbs. My printing settings include a layer thickness of 0.2mm, print speed of 150mm/s, travel speed of 90mm/s, 10% infill, and PLA filament. Additional Details: I scaled up the model to 4000%. Gallery Images: You can see the skeleton painted with XTC-3D in two images from the gallery. Added Feature: I uploaded a set of organs (lungs, heart, liver, bowel, and stomach) that fit perfectly within Skelly. These are designed to be printed using Ninjaflex flexible filament at 10% infill, 30 mm/s print speed, and 220°C temperature.
