Human Sacrum - Axis Holes

Human Sacrum - Axis Holes

thingiverse

This is an anatomically accurate model of a Human Sacrum with strategically placed 3.5mm holes representing key axes; vertical, left oblique, and right oblique. The designer intended this model to facilitate hands-on learning and diagnosing of somatic dysfunction using osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) and osteopathic therapeutic modalities (OTM). The precision-crafted holes enable users to easily demonstrate the axis by pushing a 1/8" dowel rod through, eliminating the need for printing an intricate pole.
