The malleus, incus and stapes bones in a human ear. This is taken from the ossicles .STL file by @neurothing (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3667), and improved upon. That file did not have a high polygon count, so I put it into Blender and added a subdivision surface modifier, smoothing it out. The photo taken is after printing it on a stock Ender 3, after slicing the .stl in Ultimaker Cura. Use 100% infill, super quality resolution (0.12mm resolution), and turn on support and adhesion.
